Are YOU at Risk of Heart Disease?

Monitor your risk factors, and make sure you modify or change the ones you can control. The more risk factors you have- the more likely it is to have heart disease in the future.

But YOU can change it! Do you have any of the issues below? All of the problems listed here are contributing factors to a major problem down the road, if not treated or modified.

  • Diabetes (type 2)
  • Hypertension
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Smoking
  • Heart Disease in Family
  • High Cholesterol
  • Obesity
  • Lack of Physical activity
